Why do we process your information?
Your personal data may be collected and processed for the following purposes:
a) For the fulfilment of legal obligations to which we are subject, namely communications to the Foreign and Borders Service (SEF) and billing purposes;
b) For the purposes of the Local Accommodation activity, particularly, payment transactions, management of check-ins and check-outs and guest management;
c) For the purposes of requests for information, information and commercial communications, as well as, for marketing strategies;
d) For asset/property protection purposes, as well as for statistical analysis purposes.
Failure to provide personal data for the purposes set out in points a) and b) implies non-compliance with legal obligations imposed on us.
What kind of personal data do we collect?
As part of our activity, we may collect identification data, contact details, bank details and payment card details.
What do we process your information for?
The processing of your personal data will be carried out on the basis of the execution of the Local Accommodation Contract and the fulfilment of legal obligations imposed, in particular, by legislation on the Entry, Stay and Exit of Foreigners in National Territory and tax legislation (article 6.1 b) and c) of the GDPR).
In addition, the personal data collected for the purposes set out in paragraph c) of the previous point are based on the consent given by you for the respective processing (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). For the purposes set out in point (d) above, the processing of personal data is based on your legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
How long do we keep your information?
Without prejudice to legal provisions, regulations or court orders to the contrary, the personal data collected will only be kept for the minimum period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed.
To whom can we pass on your personal data?
We may need to share some of your personal data with other recipients, namely:
a) Organizations and/or affiliated companies that comply with an equivalent policy on the protection of personal data;
b) Public entities to which we are legally obliged to provide information, namely, the Foreigner and Border Service (SEF);
c) Subcontractors providing certain services related to your personal data under the cover of a subcontract and for the sole purpose of providing technical assistance: website hosting providers, mail marketing service providers, cleaning service companies, law firms, accounting firms and insurance companies;
d) Competent authorities to which we are legally obliged to disclose information in the course of legal proceedings or to detect technical and/or security problems, such as, judicial bodies or competent control authorities.

At any time, under the terms of the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification or deletion, limitation of the treatment performed, the right of opposition and the right to data portability.
